We invest in companies with a dynamic or a potential for sustained growth, in partnership with their management team, in order to implement their development strategy, whether organic or by acquisition. 
 

INVESTMENT CRITERIAS:

The companies in which we invest have the following characteristics:

 •profitable with a proven economic model,
 •a potential for an ambitious development strategy
 •enterprise value generally between €15 and €50 million
 •in any sector, with the exception of biotechnologies. The team has completed transactions in a wide variety of sectors
 
We usually seek majority stakes in the companies we invest in and we systematically invite the management team to invest along us and share the value creation.


AN EXPERIENCED TEAM:
 
The team members have 40 years experience investing in French companies, ranging from LBO majority transactions to venture capital minority investment, over several economic cycles : this diversified and long-term experience enables us to adjust to the specific requirements of growing companies, in terms of strategy and funding and allows us quality exchange with the management teams, taking notably into account the specificities of each company. 
 
As a totally independent firm wholly owned by its partners, our investment decisions are taken by the partners who will then be in regular interaction with the management teams.
